NocLens is built so that your network data never reaches us. This page lists the little we do process.
Device configurations, credentials, scan results, findings, reports, user accounts, logs and backups. We cannot see them and never ask for them.
Once a day, and when you activate a license: the license key, a random server ID created at install, the server's host name and the NocLens version. We use this only to issue and renew the license. Update checks download a version file and send nothing else.
Card payments are handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, company, country and plan, and use them to deliver the license, send invoices and give support. We never receive full card numbers.
If you send us a support bundle, IP addresses and secrets are removed automatically before it leaves your server. Please check it before sending.
This website uses no tracking cookies and no advertising scripts. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.
We keep customer and license records while the subscription runs and afterwards for as long as tax law requires. Write to mindshatter1122@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your data.
