End User License Agreement

Effective 1 December 2026

This agreement is between NocLens ("we") and the organisation that installs or uses NocLens ("you"). By installing or using NocLens you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not install the software.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install NocLens on one server per license key and to use it for your own networks, or, on the MSP plan, for networks of your clients, within the device count and modules of your plan, for as long as your subscription is paid. The Free plan is licensed on the same terms within its limits.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy NocLens beyond what installation and backups need; resell, rent or sublicense it; remove or bypass license checks or limits; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it except where the law expressly allows it; or use it on networks you are not authorised to test or change.

3. Your responsibility for your networks

NocLens reads from and, when you approve it, changes network equipment. You are responsible for having authority over every device and range you configure, for approving changes, and for keeping working backups and a recovery plan. Remediation is off by default and runs only on your explicit approval.

4. Your data

NocLens runs on your server. Configurations, credentials, findings and reports stay there and remain yours. The license check sends only the license key, a random server ID, the host name and the software version. See the privacy policy.

5. Updates and support

Paid plans include updates and email support during the subscription. We aim to answer within two business days; Pro and MSP requests are answered first.

6. Ending the license

You may cancel at any time. The license runs until the end of the paid period plus a 14-day grace period, after which the server falls back to the Free plan. We may end the license if you breach this agreement and do not fix the breach within 14 days of our notice.

7. Warranty

We warrant that NocLens will perform substantially as described in its documentation during the paid period. Your remedy for a breach of this warranty is a fix or, if we cannot fix it, a refund of the fees for the affected period. Otherwise NocLens is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
